Pole Walking

Join us for a one hour walk on our trail system. We use Nordic Poles which have many benefits. These walking poles increase the calories burned, improve posture and engage the upper body muscles. No poles, no problem... we have poles available to borrow from the library, for 3 weeks at a time. All levels are welcome.
