Increased room booking rates

As of March 1, 2012 room booking rates at the Collingwood Public Library increased to $50.00 per hour and $15.00 per hour plus HST for commercial and not-for-profit designations, respectively.

For all preceding bookings completed with payment in full before March 1, 2012, the previous rate still applies. Customers will not be invoiced for the additional amount. However, the current rate will apply to any new bookings.

If a room booking is rescheduled, a credit will be applied with no additional charge. If further time is requested for a booking, the new rate will apply to the extra hours booked. Cancelled bookings will receive a refund of the amount paid. Please see the Terms of Use Policy for Room Bookings for guidelines on rescheduling and cancelling a room booking.
